Looks like I didn't state what I meant right. Whoops.
What I meant was that just because someone else did it, it isn't necessarially right.

That's not the point I'm trying to make at all even though I don't see the big deal about asking for donations and giving in game rewards.
What I'm trying to say is that some of these people are acting like Tezuni is committing some sort of heinous crime even though other popular server hosts such as Wicked and Glass use the exact same method to get more donations and nobody says a single word about it. Thus proving my point that nobody saw it as an issue until Tezuni did it because he's Tezuni. It's ridiculous.

rising lava was released publicly and was open to host, modify, whatever you want to do with it; you can remove all inclusions of 'zapk' in there, and nothing would be lawfully wrong

however, it's just common courtesy to leave a single mention of the developer, bonus points for the add-on's thread

like i said before, stating his name somewhere in a credits function you can write would remove most of the heat alone

I honestly don't like tez personally, but he sort of is one of those people who really has made a standing server. I guess he got lazy with it sometime ago, so he only cared about keeping the server up.
