Remove tic tac toe from the last request if its less than 2 minutes left of the round

If you try and last request someone when theres only 30 seconds or less left, then it just roles a 6 sided die where odds kill the guards, and evens kill the last request prisoner

this, but maybe 6 to 8 hours would be better than 3 hours

12 hours is a crazy length of time - given how infrequently/irregularly the server goes up, you're asking players to be on whenever you're available for at least a week.
Make it reasonable: 3 hours is more than enough to understand how the game works and know the buttons/whatnot well enough to play a guard. The extra 9 hours do nothing to weed out incompetent players - in fact it probably does the opposite.

i have 8 hours and i get everything
there's this stufflord (that's not actually stufflord) with 100+ hours (so he claims) and hes literally the worst _{his name is usopp, reason i say this is he constantly complains about the beta state, asked to be SA, constantly flaunts his playtime, and lets prisoners pick who to kill if they win}
it goes down WAY too often to have 12 hrs worth it
someo ther admin thats not skill get on so we can play

This is the first server i've ever played on Blockland. So wonderful to find it on the server list again. :)

I would reduce the time to 6 hours, aka two server sessions realistically, and then just guard ban less leniently.
