what does it feel like when a new tooth comes in?

i'm asking this because i think i have a tooth growing in the way back on my bottom teeth. it hurts a little, and when i touch it with my finger, it feels sharp. i hope this is a molar and not something. yes, i may be a bit of a hypochondriac.

You dont feel it. Usually, if the tooth is growing correctly, you dont feel anything.
If it hurts, talk to your doctor.
If it lasts more than four hours, talk to your doctor

They don't have to be removed if they come out normally and they don't cause pain, but as I said, they generally do.

It's actually more normal for when you "mature" - ala 18+. Not sure where did that 15 come in.

Mine came in around 16-17.

Considering they can come out in physically all the ways - yes and no.

Define sharp? I mean since they've been under your gums they haven't smoothed out at all, so usually new teeth are sharper.
