Looking through the gun cam, Roger sees that the truck does in fact appear to be an Imperial utility vehicle. However, it also has a sunroof and is riding on a gaudy set of 26 inch rims, modifications no Imperial would ever allow to be made to a military vehicle. There's no enemy patrol in the area, just someone with more money than sense, who bought a civilian-market humvee to feel tough.
does it have sick hydraulics and bottom lighting

Let's be fair, military or not, the hillbilly redneck scumbag who does that deserves to have his car incinerated from the skies. Preferably with the owner inside.

you sound like more of a fascist than the people who built the guy's car in the first place, and they were actual fascists

Only against people with silver rimmed tires.

Since you'd both be in transit for a full turn, I'll skip to your arrivals.

Havoc-1 arrives at nav-point Omega, located on the outskirts of the city. There are a number of large vehicles located in a park that look military in nature, but before you can fly closer to investigate, you receive an infrared lock warning.

Havoc-2 and 3 arrive at nav-point Alpha, a dense urban area full of low-income housing and construction projects. There are pedestrians everywhere, and it looks like there's some suspicious activity going on on a rooftop.

Jaakko pitches the chopper backwards and turns tail, planning to head midway between Omega and Gamma and wait for the other two choppers.

"Contact, point Omega!" Jaakko reports, "Large number of military vehicles in a park over here!"

Bell scans the area through the thermal sight.

Investigate the rooftop from my gunners seat. Use the thermal sight (if it's in the gunner position)

"Roger keep your gun trained on that rooftop and get a closer look."

Roger watches the activity on the rooftop trying to make out what it is. Hopefully not a rocket launcher team looking to make a quick meal of our Havoc.

Crash takes the chopper out of range of whoever was intending to fire on them, and the lock warning goes away.

You see a couple of IFV platforms and the telltale silhouette of a TEL with its missile completely erected and ready to fire. You aren't able to get a count on how many on-foot personnel were nearby or see what the vehicles were carrying, due to Crash suddenly wheeling the chopper around and getting the hell out of there.

There are people, Malantan loyalists, by the looks of it, setting up mortar emplacements on the rooftop of a run-down building. And they're pointed in the direction of the airbase.

"We got contact at Alpha, loyalists setting mortars on the roof, Yui, permission to AC5 or JSM the mortar and it's crew??" I shout over the radio.

stuff. If those are loyalists, we need to take them out quick. I wait for Yui to respond and give permission, however, I feel like there isen't much time left. I decide to simply wait and see if Yui issues something quick. If she doesn't, I'll take them out on my own, especially if Havoc-2 fires.

"Fire the AC5, a JSM is overkill."
