"Thanks."
I pour some gin in shot glasses for myself and Faw.
"Thank you."
Faw doesn't touch his drink. He turns towards Yui.
"Did destroying that gas station disturb you in any way? You were pretty conflicted over taking the shot."

"Cool. I lied. Word hasn't been spreading. I was just singling you out. Don't think i didn't notice those shifty eyed looks."

Tippy sips through the straw again.

"I wear it because i'm a demon and i don't want anyone to find out."

Tippy chuckles amusingly to herself at the expense of everyone in the bar looking strangely at her. She notices Jakko's eyes.

"One eye of steel. You're missing half a soul. Or so the superstition goes."

"I- yeah, it did. I can't stop thinking about it, the people that might have been taking cover there."
I consider downing my shot.

"Probably borderline abuse to always be given looks, everywhere you go. Sorry," I say.

I take a sip of the half-glass of rum and actually make eye contact with Tippy.

I see most of my squadmates conversing with eachother, but I think I'm just gonna stay by myself for now.

I keep drinking my pisswater.

You're making I contact with an opaque visor

When I realize that I'm looking into an opaque visor, I quickly redirect my attention to my glass of rum, nigh empty.

careful now

You're making I contact with an opaque visor
If Jakko is sitting right next to her and there's no harsh lighting or glare it wouldn't be out of the question for him to be able to see her eyes behind the visor (though the jaw would still be obscured by the visor not extending that far down the face).
That is, unless she's got the tinted/reflective/sunglasses-ass whatever visor down right now, but considering they're in a bar (and bars aren't known for their bright indoor lighting) she'd be basically blind if she did.
just saying

LOOK
LOOK INTO MY SPECIAL EYES

if the visor is completely opaque then tippy wouldn't be able to see out of it
if he's like, sitting right next to her and there's no harsh lighting or glare it wouldn't be out of the question for him to be able to see her eyes behind the visor (though the nose/mouth/jaw would be covered by the breathing mask built into NAUC helmets)

we will say that it's glare.

well for convenience you can see her eyes if you're at the right angle. That will complicate it less ;-;

a pair of angry dilated green eyes

"You seem absolutely pleased to be here," I say, refilling my glass of rum.

Hit F for next mission (drinking games)

"You seem absolutely pleased to be here," I say, refilling my glass of rum.
"Nah. This place is stuff. I feel landlocked from the lack of progression. I can't further my goals sitting on my ass too much."

(no i'm not actually saying anything about the actual game progression personally. Just acting in character.)

Tippy had all but finished her whiskey and was now twirling the straw between her fingers.

"What were you doing before flying for the military? Wait. Don't tell me. You've been flying all your life and you're a walking cliche?"
