Author Topic: Why does daylight savings time even exist now?  (Read 2203 times)

i think it was used back in the days when people had to farm n stuff
its just an old relic that we've never bothered to change like "in god we trust" on our currency
The farm stuff is just an old myth or whatever. The Germans and their allies in WWII decided to do it to save coal. Everyone else saw it realized how much coal they saved and then adopted it for themselves.

Like 200 students skipped school yesterday because they didn't realize it was daylight savings time.

sometimes i forget that to you people, 200 students isn't over half of the student body

I live in Soviet Canuckistan so one hour isn't enough to begin with. We either have the sun until 11 at night or it's dark by 4 P.M.
