Guys, FYI, Usuahia has very icy waters. Your regular liquid/solid fueled ships will NOT work. You'd need to go on the ice (chance of it breaking) or destroy the ice with a ship with an electric motor. (Or use aircrafts but remember, Usuahia is pretty much a delta. Big planes have no clearance.)
