or since the air forces of Russia and the US are pretty much the largest you'll just get bombs dropped on you like it's world war 3

You have to hold the entirety of the Falklands without any resistance what so ever or force the other nation into giving it to you.
Without any resistance (because Pie Crust never reacted, lol), the military force sweeps northern communist Argentina. They slow their advance.
