OOC: Yeah, but you're being way too argumentative and attempting to control other nations. Last I checked, SpaceX is not controlled by the United States.
Due to its unpopularity, Projekt Polyarnaya has been temporarily suspended. The funds are instead used to recover and build up the Russian economy... but scientists are still drafting possible projects ;)

Sounds good to me - you can also join CSTO as a global partner (since you're outside of Eastern Europe), but only if you want. Afghanistan, Ukraine (NPC) and Serbia are also invited, but again, no pressure.
