For some background: After the big nuclear war, Germany took over France. French soldiers are now holed up in France's finest navy installment in Toulon where they hold Germany at missile point requesting for formal independence. Italy and Spain are sending armaments by land and sea to Toulon so that France may once again come to the world stage.

Since you have joined, you can stop sending supplies to Toulon or continue.

it's a massive risk

toulon has nuclear capabilities and they're not really hesitant to fire off every missile at germany

i could probably take them down in time, but there's a big chance one can get through and forget me up quite a bit



also germany notes the french puppet state is pretty much a part of the international powers, and will follow through too as they all do. that is being, allowing allied troops to pass through or station in other IP countries, trade, etc
