Russia proposes, in an effort for global peace, a global international highway with lightly regulated or open borders. Each nation will be responsible for maintaining its portion of the highway, although poorer countries might receive assistance. Russia will build a bridge between Siberia and Alaska to unite the two continents. The main highway is, at its thinnest, 4 lanes. In regions that drive on the left, a lane swap should be built.

Any country may build a connection to the International Highway, though the main path should be along agreed-upon lines. Russia proposes the following, but it is obviously not final:

   4. GSTO nations will have open borders with each other; this is not exclusive, so it's compatible with the Schengen Area
