All nations are reinvited to the United Nations. This invitation is accepted by default, so you must state if you do not join if you choose specifically not to. The UN re-recognizes North Korea as a sovereign state

I think it was expressed that there would be no United Nations Security Council PERMANENT members.

Maybe there can still be a, uh, elected security council?
Maybe each year Nonnel chooses like 2 players and 2 NPC nations to be on the council. Nations on the council can veto only two propositions per term. And, to keep it fair, Nonnel should be careful not to put everyone in one alliance/allegiance into the council at one time.

it stops from the idiots ( uninformed citizens) from voting for bad presidents (stupid resolutions).

the entire point was that the UN was supposed to be an equal representation group, but then you have like turbo-members just because they have big guns, literally and metaphorically

this will help smaller nations not get forgeted over by the bigger nations interests, and will help the bigger nations not nuke each other
