How about user made content like maps and cars.
Possibly, but that may or may not happen depending on whether or not it can be effectively implemented.

good idea in theory but the load time when you first start would be brutal
uh
why would it be

the stone age is long behind

that's a lot of grain
but the map itself looks nice
it's just the model editor, it won't look like that in the game

the stone age is long behind
Ok let me rephrase that

Load times will be long on toasters like mine

well, presumably it's the renderer, because modelling software that looked like that all the time would probably be sorta unusable

are the alleys big enough for cars?

It was both the editor AND renderer (rendered mode in the editor).

As for the alleyways, I am not yet sure. Some of them, probably; but the map has not yet been put to scale against the vehicles.

this looks amazing
can't wait for a demo

I think that some of them should be, at least at the ends of dead-end roads

I can't wait for this game to be completely done :D

I keep seeing suggestions about soft body physics and whatever and i personally don't think that should be in this game.
This is due to how the style of the game so far is.
While more realistic-ish car games might have dents when you bump into something or something similar, the same thing might not feel as fitting in a game like this.
I find it hard to explain my reasons behind why i think this, but to keep it very short.
I don't think dents and soft body physics or whatever would work very well in the style of this game.
Maybe due to me knowing the game which inspired the style of this game.

This - also, I'm trying to focus more on core features right now.

This, that's why I really don't want to add any visual damage on those little cars
