Premier Casimir Norvak requests funds from the Duma to build up the army, and creates dedicated arm of naval infantry. He cites arms buildups around the world. It also keeps the contractors content as well. The Duma passes the resolution. It will allow for up to 150+ Footmen regiments, as well as 15 regiments of Naval Infantry.

with the construction of the rails complete, trade booms amongst vlast, genera, the UEK, and the UEK's member states. the UEK's budget expands by quite a lot. the UEK begins building several new dry docks and shipyards in noastadt and kyrev, and will first use them - along with pre-existing docks - to begin constructing 20 38 guns, and 4 50 guns. until then, however, the UEK has its functional yards start building 5 60 guns and 4 86 guns.

Some industrialists have moved into the land not claimed by Vlast in it's colony of Mlakar. The government claims the land to bring those industries back into Vlast's juristiction. The same has happened in the unclaimed territory to the north, however, Vlast does not claim this land. It leaves it to the locals.

A second set of tracks begins construction.
