Basically if a player withdraws from the RP, they no longer have control of the nation and the nation becomes an NPC, where mods take care of their affairs.

Probably will make some limits as to reassuming control, because it's almost unfair to do that if it's just for convenience.

The revolution group is restarted in the most smallest, unsuspecting town as possible. The group is more silent than it was before, doing anonymous strikes on minor targets. Some factories secretly give the group munitions. Their base is very hidden.

I don't see how they would give away products from a restricted industry without government officials noticing, but I suppose nothing is perfect.

Any of them who are caught are treated as domestic terrorists, as their crimes commonly involve endangering civilians regardless of origin.  The press begins to voluntarily condemn domestic terrorist acts.  An announcement goes out from Viceroy Herche that the group, in trying to seek freedom, risks that the nation of Wicherton as a whole loses freedom by forcing his hand to necessitate martial law.

The wedding of Viceroy Herche and Grand Duchess Admiral Ormanda is announced.

The group posts propaganda, showing their worthy cause. They show themselves as freedom fighters than terrorists.

Martial law means the government removes rights from the citizens and forces them to relocate, give up personal possessions, surrender their homes, and to turn all business leadership over to the government.

Basically if the resistance force is being dangerous, we'll be forced to punish everyone because of their irresponsibility.


As of now, the citizens of Occupied Wicherton have all rights of normal Burellian citizens, except that they are not recognized as what is known as a "First Territory," that is, one that can vote on issues that influence the Fatherland.

As it rests, the Wichertians are guaranteed safety from foreign attack, something that the sovereign state did not provide.


The propaganda is torn down and incinerated, some by officials, and some by local citizens.  Citizens report some of the people they see putting up this propaganda, leading to a few arrests.  The prisoners are detained and are currently being processed for interrogation.

Elmic forces, spurred by the melting snow, completely encircle the besieged city. Trenches are established on all angles, and as a result the town is completely cut off from the outside world. Except for bullets and cannonshells from the outside world, they're still getting those.

No, it says that you currently occupy Dudal and are fighting from Dudal's front against Vlast.

Elmic forces, spurred by the melting snow, completely encircle the besieged city. Trenches are established on all angles, and as a result the town is completely cut off from the outside world. Except for bullets and cannonshells from the outside world, they're still getting those.

The Elmic forces, in trying to surround the city, find a significant number of traps on the other side—not enough to stagnate the advance, but enough to slow them down and take out a hundred or so unfortunate enough to find the traps in a rather unsavory manner.  After the traps are cleared, however, the forces dig in and are currently mounting an offense against the city.

Additionally, a good amount of mud from the melting snow and rain causes the movement of artillery to be particularly difficult, giving the advantage to Vlastcovite sharpshooters, however, after a Tacz sharpshooting unit moves in, the sharpshooting unit is pinned down long enough to continue movement of artillery.
