Don't worry. I won't spoil it. I will instead speculate based on an image from the panel.
Check this out. It's a picture of Steven with Rose in the background, but something about her seems... Off...

Spoilertext: Rose looks kind of ominous. Looking at it, I'm unsure if her eyes are full of joy looking at her son, or anticipating an evil plan that is waiting to come to fruition. Rose's thorns might be starting to show. Just imagine how much of a twist it would be if Rose had other more questionable motives for protecting earth, and plans for Steven that no one could see but her. Imagine the characters reactions upon finding out that Rose never really cared about the earth, and that she used and manipulated them to follow her into war against the homeworld.

Or this is all bullstuff because I jump at every little detail and make long theories about each one. That works too.
I still think the desert glass thing is plausible though.

also, who think's Sardonyx would make a great fighting game announcer/announcer in general? From what I can hear, the way she speaks sounds much like an announcer, also her outfit supports this announcer feeling[/SPOILERS]

ok so i looked at all the spoilers

no big deal.

like they just gave us a little dribble. that's nothing. cry for help is going to have a lot more in it, and the -other thing released- isn't too big a deal since (spoilers) it was probably yellow diamond and we already knew about her it's just nice to actually see her.

i think at this point sardonyx has been a major red herring and we're in for some unexpected stuff. i can't find the tweet but earlier i saw something saying basically that if you thought stevenbomb 2.0 was heavy, bettr prepare ur butt for stevenbomb 3.0
