Ukraine was a Soviet state. The warsaw pact states were East Germany, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria. In real life Yugoslavia(which is now Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, MonteBro, and Kosovo) was a communist state, but they remained neutral. Albania use to be the warsaw pact, but left it. China use to be an ally of the USSR, but they left and took North Korea with them as a puppet.
