If anything rename or keep it the same.  Like what Swat 3 said, this is our own "safe zone" for very unique topics.  As someone who has a more than humble share of their posts here, and a staggering amount of time here, I don't want to see the unique flavor of this place change.

what would that accomplish other than literally burying everything posted here, regardless of quality?

Checking the recent posts of your own profile should alleviate this issue, you can manually check the topics that you've recently posted in, starting at your last post. Which is pretty handy IMO.

Dunno about your opinion though, it might be more tedious, it might not.
