Author Topic: Do you believe in any kind of afterlife?  (Read 11950 times)

I hope there's no afterlife, an eternity of anything would be horrifying

I kinda think that once you die, you just go into a new body and forget about the previous one.

Like, we all could've been ancient chinese warriors

Badspot could've been Riddler.

Obama might've been Henry Ford.

Possibilities are endless

what if I'm left
then you'd be a dirty communist like pie crust
is that what you want to be

i'd be down with an eternity of creating planets and making people kill each other
that's it, after you die you become a god!

Obama might've been Henry Ford.

would explain the vague air of antisemitism

An eternity of anything can be horrifying. Who wants to eternally sleep forever, or be confined above the clouds and in a fiery pit forever?

I'd rather just be the way I am forever lol

If there was a heaven just tell god to make a virtual reality Earth and start life again. Since you can do anything in heaven literally.

Done

I'd just like my consciousness to end thankyouverymuch

this is the best option because it's not like you'll feel it or anything, you'll be dead

I'm fond of the idea that i'll just be reborn as another person in a different life.

But thats unlikely

once we die we go back in time to repeat your life

the ride never ends
mr bones

Valhalla is a cool place to go. You Fight people all day, die and respawn to eat all day and then forget bitches, and then fight again until ragnarok happens.
This would be super chill

But anyway, to respond to a post you made a few pages back, Im generally a "don't give a forget atheist" and I don't have a neck beard/wear fedoras, but it does piss me off when someone is telling you that gays are evil and you're going to hell and they're totally allowed to do that, but if I call them out on their bullstuff I'm an "atheist neck beard friend." That seems to be a double standard. Now of course the obvious difference is that I have no religion while the person preaching does have one, but if they are saying offensive/stupid stuff I really don't care if what they are saying is part of their religion or not. Idk, I really don't get into religous arguments often, but I don't feel like someone should be immune to criticism because they believe in a god and I dont.
