I've been really paranoid lately about various things, and most of the time it's stuff I blow out of proportion in my own head (Little things, like small jokes about drama, etc.)
Any good ways to try to get over it?

It's probably because you're insecure.

I got very paranoid one time when I was quite insecure.

You get over it with time, best way to deal with it currently is to get your mind off it, like play games or watch tv.

Oh and also don't take psychedelics like weed or shrooms cause they definitely make paranoia worse.

Alcohol lesser so, but from experience taking alcohol gives you emotional highs and lows, so while you're suffering from anxiety, paranoia etc it's best to refrain from it to maintain a steady emotional level.

Just remember that you never really die. Just your body does. Heaven and hell aren't real, just things used to regulate crime, so don't be worried if you do good or bad etc.
