Alright so ROBLOX on Xbox One:

Pros:
Controls are fine (minus the camera)
Runs smoothly

Cons:
The camera is so loving sensitive and there's no way to change the sensitivity, and this hampers things like aiming jumps or aiming a weapon until you get used to it.
Limited selection of Xbox One ready games
Can't chat, can't see PC player's chat (if there even are PC players, because Xbox One may have dedicated Xbone ROBLOX servers for other Xbone users or it may be cross-server I don't know)
