Any help on how to do this at all?

try going from .dts to .obj to .mesh?
i havent worked much with bl modeling so i dont know if you can even go backwards to .obj

Actually in the first place I don't even have a 3D modeler app, only the Windows 10 default app, which I doubt will actually do some converting files

if it's any reassurance, games like this tend to rise and fall all the time, while well polished games get a constant playerbase (like phantom forces, which is consistently in the top 10 if not top 5 most popular at any time).
