I think the problem people have with it is where you obviously are a boy, and the person talking to you didn't know that you had gender dysphoria, so when you say "call me by a she" it's slighty irritating - as you obviously look, act, and are a boy.

In my opinion, I think we should remove gender pronouns altogether.

how does it affect you if they want you to call them "she"? it's not like it'll hurt you to respect something like that. besides, it really isn't your place to determine what gender someone is, unless you really want to be a douche for no reason.
