You find four PB1s Noiseless Pistols on the bodies and two magazines. Seeing as how you only need one PB1s, you automatically grab the other three and unload them, giving you three more mags. It might seem awesome that you have this much ammo for one gun, but it is somewhat weak.
You examine the actual cells themselves and find zombies. It seems that these guys were trying to make a zoo.
