Nobody who works in an industry wants to be working against handicaps. Competition means I get good ideas and that I'm essentially forced to make games that are even more interesting to the gamers. If all my competitors are idiots, then there's no reason for me to make great games except for self-worth.

In my honest opinion, this is pretty garbage, and telling us to just ignore the garbage wont hide the stink.
