aa missed too much;
Brazil believes that the Argentine Confederate's dictatorial attempt of rule over South America has gone to far. The rebels in the Confederate are called upon to riot against their tyrannical government. This war has gone on too long. 30,000 Coalition troops are sent for a push on the Confederate's capital. Naval support is supplied from all sea-wide borders (south, west, east). That beige square to my northwest what is that. Whoever is it, they are invited to join the Coalition against the Argentine Confederate. If they accept, military aid will be expected of them, no matter how small the mass. Anything helps.
Brazil denounces BOTH Transvaal and Spain for denying recognition of Portugal's rightful land. Prussia is not being denounced for aiding Transvaal. Aid will not be supplied to either of the sides.
Brazil also denounces the Netherlands for the reasons that France and Korea/Japan have declared war on them. Military aid will not be supplied.
