Brazil denounces BOTH Transvaal and Spain for denying recognition of Portugal's rightful land. Prussia is not being denounced for aiding Transvaal. Aid will not be supplied to either of the sides.
Brazil also denounces the Netherlands for the reasons that France and Korea/Japan have declared war on them. Military aid will not be supplied.
