I guess because no one gives a damn about counterfeit quarters. 20s are already prime targets and multiple variants would only compound the issue.

you also recognize coins by their size and color, not what's on them.

The only problem with your logic is that you are not directly affected by your great grandfather today. Blacks still have never gotten official compensation for anything their ancestors went through, and are still in the poorest areas of the country enduring racism and hardship today.
The fact of the matter is that the people who did inflict that suffering won't pay for it.  I as a taxpayer will.  I personally see no reason to pay for the sins of my forefathers, or rather, for the sins of other peoples' forefathers, mine fought for the North (worst thing any of my forbears did was shoot Ruskies for Riddler).  The actions of those long dead men are out of my hands, and I see no valid reason to personally pay reparations for them as a taxpayer.

According to a Native American friend of mine, Riddler based some of his holocaust stuff around Andrew Jackson Trail of Tears business.  I haven't done any research into it myself, but I'm just going to throw it out there.

Old George is still on all the quarters, even if the eagle isn't.  I'd say that if Washington weren't already on the one, we should put him on the 20.  Aside from him we should cut the duplicates (namely Lincoln by giving the penny the ax).

Madison deserves to be on the 20.  During the War of 1812, he didn't strip citizens of their liberties like Adams did with the French problems; and even though the capitol was razed, the Brits still didn't retake the states, so he has a ~successful war under his belt.

Also, we should replace Hamilton with Cleveland, and Grant with Ike.  Ike seems like an ok guy.  Maybe replace FDR on the dime with Coolidge.

Well if you wanna get technical about it then really nobodies being rewarded since they're all dead and stuff

but it does set a precedent for future leaders

Obviously it would be impossible to repay everyone who was affected by slavery since it would cost so much. But to say that blacks who descended from slaves don't deserve any kind of help is crazy imo. Germany has paid Jewish Holocaust victims over 85 billion dollars in compensation and still does every year. In my opinion, blacks deserve this kind of help since not only did they go through slavery, they went through over one hundred years of brutal racism after the civil war too. I'm not saying that tax payers need to directly pay blacks money, I'm saying people need to have some empathy toward the situation a lot of African American people are in today. Instead, we have gerrymandering, unnecessary voter ID laws, restricting convicts from voting, etc. which all are implemented on blacks today.

tl;dr: I feel like blacks are not given the respect and care they deserve by the United States. The reason many of them live in poverty still is because of this. Also governmental programs to directly help those in need are shot down by many people today as well.

That portrait is depicting Andrew Jackson winning the Battle of New Orleans, which 'ended' the War of 1812 like a year after the treaty of ghent was already signed. He's a badass when it comes to winning wars that have already been won.
Actually, Andrew and the English at New Orleans didn't know of the treaty until a couple of days later due to the slow messaging speeds of that time.

What does gerrymandering (The practice of redrawing electoral districts to gain an electoral advantage for a political party, according to online dictionaries) have to do with race? what does having to show your ID while voting have to do with race? what does restricting convicts from voting have to with race?

All tactics mostly used by Republicans to restrict Democratic voters in red states (Most of them are African American) from getting their full representation on the governmental level. These states were the most notorious for their slavery and Jim Crow laws, and they still use these tactics today on blacks.

everyone knows black people are physically incapable of getting free identification cards from the government and showing them to poll workers

I had a feeling I'd see your right wing ass on here. http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/government-elections-politics/why-voter-id-laws-arent-really-about-fraud/

African-Americans and Latinos are more likely to lack one of these qualifying IDs, according to several estimates. Even when the state offers a free photo ID, these voters, who are disproportionately low-income, may not be able to procure the underlying documents, such as a birth certificate, to obtain one.

if you cant prove who you are you dont get to vote. seems pretty simple

i guess we cant ever pass any laws at all because they might affect 72% of white people and 72.1% of black people which would be tribal and evil

Okay so first off, having to show your ID to vote is required everywhere by everyone. Here in Canada for example you're required to have at least 2 forms of ID absolutely anywhere in the country and it's for exactly that reason, licenses can be faked, they need something concrete. It has nothing to do with race and if you don't have your ID with you when you go to vote then that's entirely your fault. Second, none of these laws have anything to do with race. What you should be worry about is people abusing these laws. Third, if it applies to everyone in a state then it applies to everyone in a state. Not just blacks, not just whites, everyone. Again, the politicians may have a tribal intention (Which again is their fault, not the laws fault) but it doesn't just affect black people. Don't act like it does.

That would actually be the opposite if the multiple variants were regularly changed and re-designed in each printing season.
More variants more rapidly on a note that goes out of circulation relatively quickly would make it harder for counterfeiters. They would have to be constantly recreating the designs, holograms and watermarks on the money.
