Hawick School District Standardized Inspections Policy

All school buildings may hold physical inspections up to but no more than 3 times per semester. These may include lice checks, tests for various active flu viruses, or vaccines (with parent approval). They may not include non-vaccine medication or any surgical procedure. These are to be held by a member of the same love in an operational nurse's office or locker room. Checkups include (for females) Physicals, Lice Checks, Vaccinations, and (for males) Physicals, Lice Inspections, and Penile Progression Checks. No more than one of each is to be held each semester.

I've seen it a few times on the internet, it definitely is a copypasta, just a less common one.

Now, it's probably just a rumor. However if it is real, just refuse. They can't force that kind of stuff. Obviously if they violate you you can have your parents press charges against the school.
