no. people cannot change love. once you are born male or female you are that for life, there is no halves, no changing, no both. even hermaphrodites are technically a single love, usually female.

and gender is a handicapped misnomer term without real meaning anyways. everyone can declare themselves as anything. its meaningless, especially legally.

I know it's happened at least once. There was a man with an infertile wife. For some reason, they decided the best course of action was to have him go through surgery and hormone treatment for ten years, so he could carry the baby.
It worked out, but it obviously was pretty hard.
