yeah I think a Fallout game far away from any bombs would be awesome, but it'd probably be pretty civilized so I don't know where the game in that is.

Or maybe the least civilized of all. Let's say that since New Orleans was spared, people flocked there to find supplies, and major factions are engaged in a bloody, almost Stalingrad-type war for the supplies. Could be a nice change though.
