Apparently you can take them down sneakily if you have never been to the Brotherhood before and you wear full BoS power armour. They let you just walk in.

But where's the fun in that?? I want a bloodbath!!!

I just want to kill everyone

i just want to destroy the institute and have love with a laser gun
brotherhood 4 life

new loving poll

do favorite settlement location or something

The drive-in is probably my favorite
Then maybe the island, then sanctuary

I always try to pick somewhere other than Red Rocket

But I always end up at Red Rocket

With my last character I tried to set up a settlement at the drive-in but I built like one square building and then never touched it again

I like my red rocket settlement because nobody is there but dogmeat

[destroying the prydwyn] is really satisfying
i felt kind of like a richard after nick got really pissy at me for not siding with the brotherhood or the railroad, but had actual reasons to hate me about it

wait, what? [nick is a synth, why would he be upset about you not siding with the brotherhood?]

[he said that he didn't agree that destroying the brotherhood was the right way to solve the problem, basically needless bloodshed]

what a great guy

I like my red rocket settlement because nobody is there but dogmeat

I have 17 people there.

My first act as BoS Paladin was to brutally murder the Railroad traitors, and I had an extremely satisfying time doing it.

Deacon actually managed to escape, and incredibly he led me on a 2 day (in-game time) goose-chase around the Commonwealth. I wish I recorded it; that forgeter would stroll from place to place with me in hot pursuit, but he'd always manage to just edge me out speed-wise. Sometimes I'd try to fast-travel to get the jump on him, but by the time I arrived he was already gone.

His downfall was when he made a stop at the Rotten Landfill; I had landed at the nearby Cafe and was sprinting at him at full pace; turns out he got trapped by some Radscoprions (the second time they've done something helpful; first time was when they pushed back several Deathclaws while I was traversing the Glowing Sea). I was able to slice the forgeter, loot him (he had a stimpack a basic rifle and some very cheap clothes so it was a terrible haul) and run before the scorpions knew what was up.

Say what you will, that's the absolute most fun I've had playing Fallout ever.

My settlement happiness was going down so I used vats on all my settlers and noticed one had higher energy resistance, killed her and she dropped a synth component.

These synths will kill your settlers if you don't act fast enough.

There needs to be a way to detect synths, I can't believe they would have synths infiltrate your settlements and you don't know who is who.

A guard dog barking (not dogmeat) at an alleged synth would have been nice.
