It was copyrighted from a bunch of places. Under normal circumstances I don't imagine it would even be a problem but the author was a real douche about it or something otherwise he probably would've gotten away with it.

So i got FO4 for christmaand i'm level 14 already, where are some good places to get tons of exp?

Honestly for the longest time I just did tons of Preston's quests, helping out settlements, killing raiders, ect. Intelligence affects how much XP you earn for each action, but it also may be worth checking out the idiot savant perk, because there's some interesting calculation that goes into it regarding your Intelligence.

Idiot savant is too random even if you set your intelligence to 1, the game could be a major richard and screw you over.

Also Ren do you have scrounger unlocked? that helps ALOT w/ ammo. its so good if you use the hunting rifle exclusively

I might need to do this as well since all I use is my .308 incinedary sniper rifle
And for some reason in normal I ran into 4 legendary  triggermen in parker station is it really that common for them to spawn in normal?

Yeah I got scrounger but I said forget it and went to diamond city with preston and almost died like 10 times

Wander around up high, see if you find new areas or a new quest.

Fun fact: you can use power armor without fusion cores. You'll act overencumbered while in the armor and you won't be able to use VATS, but you can still use the armor.
