i'm OK with moving to a perks-based skill system similar to skyrim's even though it's not the traditional fallout way

idk to me perks (and usage-based leveling) seem(s) more meaningful (or at the very least, more interesting) than numbers in terms of skill progression, but we don't really know much at this point so it's hard to talk about

You make it seem like it'd be impossible to not have the protagonist's voice files play, and then lock the conversation camera to the first-person mode that they said would be an existing option

I know its possible. I just dont like that the voice character will be talking through the entire game, only to have him be dead quiet whenever you deal with a modded quest or conversation.
