Apparently there's bullstuff controversy concerning the PC disc still needing to download and authenticate through Steam. Doesn't effect me, I was going to download the entire thing anyways.

Not sure if that's a controversy because a long time ago I bought L4D on disc and it still sent me through a long steam download. Thankfully I switched providers and now its not a big deal anymore for me at least.

I may end up staying far away from this topic and YouTube and reddit when the game launches, because I want hardly anything to be spoilt for me. Especially the main storyline.

But this might not be too difficult as I'll be focussed on playing the game anyway lol.
