try the Freedome VPN trial. It lasts long enough for the release and has a good quality server to connect to.

Game is really damn good, very immersive. A lot of Skryim like elements though, so it doesn't feel like a super new revolutionary game, just feels like another Bethesda game. Still hyped af none the less to get further into the gameplay. I get low as stuff frames though (25-30), sometimes even as low as 15. This was on medium, probably gonna bump it down to low now. Game looks pretty incredible on medium however. Recorded around 1:45:00 worth of first impression gameplay so I may edit that up later.
