Author Topic: Medieval Fantasy World [New Video]  (Read 1962 times)

Been working on this for like a week now, the build for my RPG.

Everything so far

Entrance street

River, bridge, farm

Warning bell to the right of the Inn (pic taken above the courtyard)

Elder Wizard room (4 levels underground)

Thought I'd make a thread so I can track my progress better and see what you think :)
I also suck at names so if you have any good town / region names that'd be awesome..

Really cool actually, keep it up!

OH DAAAAMNNN

that looks pretty awesome

Thanks guys :D
Made a tower today. Goes 4 floors into the ground to the Elder Wizard room as well! And got rid of the flimsy magic wall cause it was taking up more space than it was worth

Started on a volcano outside of town as well as a stealthy sewer system running under the town

Draseldren
Draconian keep
Dragonhold

Valdaris
Triaxskyon
The Elder lands
Dracov's Leap

I like "The Elder Lands" and maybe "Dragonhold Dungeon" for the Keep.

Started a sewer system and this is the safe area for thieves that lies in the middle

Also finished the academy dormitories and a fountain. Going to add a classroom and a noticeboard before that area is done (excluding the inside of the tower for now because it's massive).

Bigger build, bots that I'm gonna code to be more interesting and some unique items (see if you spot them). Gonna be making it a multiplayer RPG :D

def add some more color to this

^ Yep.

Use soft/warn colors for medieval interiors.
Having everything a shade of grey makes you feel imprisoned or enclosed.

It's supposed to, it's an underground thief hideout :P

it still feels like there should be some color

I'll add some candelights
