remeber that time you tried to convince everyone that whites were the minority in NYC by combining the numbers of 3 minority groups into one big megarace?
the explanation in case you actually still don't understand why that's wrong.

Wow it looks like your spelling game is a bit off today, do you not know how to spell remember?!?!?!?!

Whites are a minority in New York City, they only compromise 44% of the entire makeup of the city. Blacks, Hispanics and Asians should be classified into one group and referred to as "non-white". It just makes it confusing to group them as separate races, to be honest. In other nations they do that.

Also as I said before, there are 3.7M whites in the city out of nearly 8.5M people, while the rest are not white. That's a minority.

At this point it's almost certain that you're trolling or being sarcastic, but I honestly can't tell whether you're just trying to seem like the edgiest 12-year-old with a thesaurus to ever have lived, or just saying the dumbest things you can think of.

emphasis on "should" and not "are"

Yeah that's just not how it works at all buddy. Different races are actually separate for a reason in demographics.
that's tribal
Definitely, lol.

Quote from: Wikipedia
Rather than a relational "social group", as the term would indicate, the term refers to a category that is differentiated from the social majority, that is, those who hold the majority of positions of social power in a society, and may be defined by law.
Quote from: Britannica.com
a culturally, ethnically, or racially distinct group that coexists with but is subordinate to a more dominant group
Quote from: Encyclopedia.com
Contemporary sociologists generally define a minority as a group of people—differentiated from others in the same society by race, nationality, religion, or language—who both think of themselves as a differentiated group and are thought of by the others as a differentiated group with negative connotations. Further, they are relatively lacking in power and hence are subjected to certain exclusions, discriminations, and other differential treatment.

Stop you might give him a headache, what with having to calculate 6 more numbers that add up to a total of 100.

why are you talking about race

you are trying to skew data to support your claims, whites are the majority in new york

if youre going to try to pull the semantics argument its plurality not majority

Lol, you have one mayor, his wife, and a minor district representative as your sole examples of black New York politicians. It totally doesn't appear like you're grasping at straws.

Cherrypicking aside, the ratio of white New York politicians to black New York politicians is very high. If you disagree with that, you're delusional.
