Here's the first 40 items I completed in the change list, as a
preview of the updates done so far. The rest will follow later when I can write them up.
The city layout and terrain models are completed, as well as some buildings. More quality city buildings are needed though.
So when is it opening? There are just a couple more things in the code I want to finish first. Also I am waiting on #11. It may open at the end of this month or early August, but not later than that! See everyone soon.

17. added ability to kill in self-defense without getting demerits
18. added buildmode you may enter every x seconds, and takes x seconds to leave. cant enter build mode if wanted, cant hurt others in build mode
19. added slow regenerative healing to the default playertype
20. added inventory saving on logout
21. updated default law enforcement cars to Teneksi's CV Interceptor
22. added some simTime delays to spammable cmds
23. law Enforcement now spawn with kevlar vests equipped & SWAT gets full tactical gear
25. fixed Opium brick emitter
26. expanded maximum inventory slots to 9
27. fixed $0 paycheck bonus
28. increased lot height limits from 128 to 512 units
29. job descriptions now list included items
30. /stats now shows education levels for the entire list of subjects
31. made wand/hammer not affect players (unless hammering a wanted person) no more popups when you hammer people
32. added idle checker to prevent AFK-and-profiting
33. added several modern resource models for lumber trees and ores
33. made player inventory drop on ground when killed (excluding default wrench/hammer/printer), excluding Self Delete
34. make dropped items stay on the floor for an extended time before disappearing
35. added bloody damage effects, blood trails, and a new 'instagib' gore death (3 death mods frankensteined into one)
36. disabled known exploitable events (i.e. addItem, brick respawn, kill, etc)
37. made hammer not affect vehicles (no more vehicle trolling with hammers)
38. revised arrest system (arrest progress, player-disabling)
39. disabled vehicle-player collision
40. added more nameColor & bottomPrint refreshes / updates where applicable (i.e. when you pay dems, etc)
