Reminds me when I lost my dog "Mocha".
She was getting old, and eventually, she couldn't go down the stairs. She was too weak to step up or down the stairs, and would just... fall down the stairs. That was the point, when we knew we had to put her down. Sad times.

I hate it when cats die. I've had many die in my life... Kittens, adults, you name it.
