Of course not. Just because it may hurt someone's feelings doesn't mean it's harassment or racism to fly it, nor does it mean that it should be illegal to do so.

Obviously it shouldn't be "banned in the U.S." but it shouldn't be flown over state capital buildings, lol.

I saw this post hours ago, and I didn't get it until now.
wait stuff lol i wasn't trying to make a joke

So apple removed a bunch of games that had a confederate flag in them including Gettysburg Ultimate General from the app store. Pretty ironic since they use factory sweat shop slave labor to make their stuff.

Apple has always been bad at curating the app store, no big surprise here.

First Amendment - Religion and Expression. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

the union flag is just as much a symbol of hatred as the confederate
they had factories much worse than slave conditions and most people in it wouldn't of freed the slaves if it didn't benefit the union militarily

Except the difference is that the "Confederate Flag" was not actually the flag of the Confederacy, but was adopted by the South in the 1960s for a very interesting reason.

no keep em it lets me know which cars to rear-end

So, let me get this straight:
Working in a stuffty sweatshop, voluntarily, for too many hours a day is comparable to backbreaking, involuntary labor performed all-day at the mercy of someone who will literally kill you if you don't do it?

Also, the Union didn't pursue emancipation because of economic reasons. If they did, they would have let the South keep slavery because it provided a steady stream of cheap cotton for Northern textile manufacturers. The reason why the Civil War broke out was primarily because Northerners found it ethically reprehensible that the South wanted them to send back escaped slaves under the Fugitive Slave Act.

obviously. it's a symbol of loving treason :D
