Akio's latest posts involving 'mental illness':

do you have a legitimate mental disorder or are you just extremely thick

Do you have a legitimate mental disorder?

     Stop it.

I'm noticing that certain users are getting some sort of "Authority Surge" because they're using stand-out phrases that Badspot commonly uses, and I want it to stop. You can say whatever phrase that he says, so long if it contributes, but stop having the mindset that you're a second-in-command moderator because you can use them. These ego trips are getting out of hand, stop trying to pretend you're somebody else and use your own personality.

Stop replying to obvious bait all the time, especially in places where that type of discussion isn't wanted. We don't need 30 pages of violent nonsense inside a suggestions thread because it doesn't belong there. If you can't find a place where you are specifically warranted to whine about posts you find unintelligible, then why not just make it at all instead of putting it inside a thread that doesn't want any of it? If you see posts like what Vax posted, dismiss it; It's not wanted here, but neither is your opinion about it. Hodot's 'two cents' were just as nonexistent as your's were. Either you can post something that contributes to the thread, or don't post at all. Things like "I'm also wondering where this is" is acceptable because you're showing further impatience for the unavailability; "You have a legitimate mental disorder" is not.

Above all, just because Akio was the reason to write this doesn't mean that he's the only one doing it, or else I would have just messaged him about it. Type 'mental disorder' in the search bar and you'll find plenty of people that do this, not just him. I want all of you to find your own personality, don't copy anyone else's because it is not your's; You are all separate people, act like it. You can like and dislike as many things you want, you can build your own set of things that other people have made because it is an overall build that represents you.

Everyone:

Stop replying to posts trying to start unwanted, off-topic arguments.

Don't get such an ego trip over mimicking a higher authority.

And please contribute to suggestions and help requests instead of spreading toxicitiy.

It's nice to return the favor, you know.

the blf is just toxic, and we love it

you don't actually have the cajones to call out badspot tho, only people who mimic him, huh.

Dude buzzwords spread like syphilis here

Badspot is doing nothing wrong. I'm not offended by the phrase, only the people who imitate it and use it as a defense are in the wrong.

i don't really get how people insulting others with mental disorder has much to do with badspot. they're still sort of starfishs for it, yeah, but it's not like badspot was the only one doing it originally

I shouldn't of put "I did it myself years ago" since there's different messages you can get from that. I wanted to make it sound like it was easy and maybe become reputable by experience but it did come off as being egotistical too, which is my fault.

It's a problem from authority, not originality.

if badspot is doing nothing wrong in saying the phrase, why is it bad when someone else says it?

i mean, the guy also says "blockland" a lot, and so do i. i'm not really mimicking badspot though, im just saying it - which arguably is what akio is doing. so i'd argue you don't like people calling other people handicaps, but don't mind when badspot does it, and that seem a bit morally questionable.

People can say things like that in Drama as long as it isn't considered flame, it's just a personal peeve that people use those phrases, knowing that it's commonly used by higher authority, to create some sort of authority surge for themselves and pretend that they have a higher word.

Badspot's recent posts use those phrases only in Drama, where those terms meant to be; I would be a little less aggravated if it wasn't in the first page of an unsolved Suggestions thread.

I think OP has legitimate mental problems

i feel like that's not the case at all - people are just calling others mental cus, well, they think they're being mental.

i mean he's called people mentally inept outside of drama plenty of times too

where those terms meant to be
really?

if you have a problem with people saying it, just say it, don't construct some weird complex that people are affected by. sometimes, things are a bit more cut-and-dry

It's not really clear to me as to why everyone resorts to saying people have mental problems as an explanation to their mistake/trollwork/blatant stupidity, it is repetitive and tedious to see all anyone seems to say is "you have a mental disorder" as an argument and it should really just be kept to a minimum because it's a bit annoying.
