I have friends who have had parents die to lung cancer, so I wouldn't be saying this if I wasn't 100% certain.

Even before someone gets diagnosed with lung cancer, they receive a CT scan or chest x-ray to check if there's even any masses in their lungs. Then, they do a biopsy to confirm whether those masses are malignant or not. This process often takes days or weeks and nobody would ever get diagnosed with lung cancer in a single day like Ocelotus' mom allegedly did.

How would you loving feel if you mom was diagnosed with lung cancer and people said you were loving lying?

It's not a conspiracy theory. His story is patently incompatible with the actual way that lung cancer is diagnosed. There is no reality where he isn't lying about this.
