I honestly can't tell you what she did wrong. It just seems like reddit hounded her for very vague reasons.

I thought /r/FPH was stupid and I don't care if they got banned (but muh free speech)

She was strongly against the core values that reddit was founded upon, and hence was not fit to be the CEO.

She fired an admin because they had cancer, or at least she supported the idea.

There are other things too, but I don't keep tabs on reddit that much.
