2006 was pretty much the end of the Golden age. A lot of good shows like Megas XLR and Samurai Jack were cancelled as well as lot of the other original shows. Around 2008 was when they started bringing outsourced filler like test, total drama, 16, basically filler and in addition to that Toonami was canceled(although it was in a decline). Lot of garbage stuff like class of 3000, flap jack, chowder. Although after having to put up with kid brothers, I'd say the channel has gotten better. The one exception being Uncle Grandpa, that show is pure cancer.The whole purpose of the show was to make fun of stuff.

It has a genuinely interesting plot and a significant amount of sci-fi action for a children's TV show. It's very dark and yet explores a lot of subjects most networks are scared to touch on, yet alone challenge.I gotta say, it does look stupid on the surface, especially with CN's "lol so random funy" policy of new episode announcements.
