yeah, except for the child. it wouldn't exist if there wasn't a market for it. it's harmful.
you could also argue that drugs are also bad because people take advantage of each other and go around the law to make them, but at least all of them are consenting adults who understand the consequences, unlike a child hanging out with uncle touchy.
