tin-forget

Anyways if you guys are afraid of driver incompatibility and stuff you guys should probably wait a bit for Nvidia or AMD to release their new Windows 10 Drivers.

Nvidia did

I was told upgrading from the Insider Preview would allow me to update to an already activated 10

what it meant is that you will forever been in the limbo of only having windows 10 insider previews and never the real actual release, only the betas that come from it

Nvidia did
I still have issues with games in windowed mode.
Its like flickering.

I'm just not gonna bother and get it later if I really want.
You know how.

Intel released a driver tho.
But I never use my intel card. I still have to test my nvidia card with a game or something

Now that I'm migrated over to Windows 10 can I delete the $Windows.~BT and $Windows.~WS folders off my C drive that are taking up 10GB of space?

I tried to install Windows 10.

It's gonna cost me $300 in damages ;-;

ah well
i never used windows anyways, only kept it in case i needed to use it but i think we're past that point lol

guys I just went to check if I could finally update but Windows Update just keeps getting stuck in a redirect loop
anybody else having the same problem?

Bottom line: Is it worth the format and time to upgrade or should I stay on Windows 8.1?

Do you have secureboot enabled? (If you have no bios screen and normally skip straight to the Windows spinny loading thing, then it is enabled)
I.....think so....?
I dunno.

Just do it.

I have a laptop with windows 7 that has awful specs.
Should I upgrade it to 10, or will doing so slow it down?
