Can anyone else confirm if this is bullstuff or not
It's bullstuff, and was posted earlier. Everything there was made with the Technical Preview, which you signed up for the purpose of providing feedback. Everything there is either gone or optional in the release.

By the way, it's comparing spell-checking to the work of national socialist propagandist Joseph Goebbels. Whoever made that was a paranoid idiot.

Forgot upgrading means not being able to use my scanner

unless there are drivers already out for a CanonMX 472

how do i fix this bullstuff popping up every time i try to sign in to the windows store

I don't get why people are hiding the tile section, I'm sure eventually all you guys hiding the tiles will eventually start to experiment with them once you can pin live tiles to the desktop in the redstone update, and interact with them in the start screen/menu.

how come some images don't show up on Edge
its kinda annoying
how 2 fix please
they show on firefox though

well we are still debating over whether this is right or wrong and the unforeseen consequences, but i'll let you be the judge of that.

For the last damn time they have been doing this since vista its nothing new, just the fact home edition users can't turn off windows update.

Alright i'm gonna stop stalling again
will my browser keep the tabs open?

It depends on whether or not your browser saves that stuff. I'm pretty sure Opera does. You may also be able to save all of your tabs as a session.

all i want is to be able to pin programs that aren't tiles to the start menu. personally, i don't see myself ever using the tiles. if i want to open a program i just type it's name, even in windows 7. they do look nice for steam games though.

HOW THE forget

classic shell for windows 10. i uninstalled it though because it took ~5 seconds for the start menu to open every time. might just be my laptop though.

funny, edge is detected as IE on the adb site
