the note is in dutch but it basically just said "since a few years ago, i already knew that i didn't want to continue living. i am posting this note to make it 100% clear: i have committed Self Delete."
that was about 20%, the other 80% was instructions on how to access his cloud files or something, didn't really care about that

EDIT: oh, and his cause of death was suffocation. he used a plastic bag and a tank of helium that he had purchased in october, though i have no idea how he even took that tank with him all the way to the woods. it's forgeted up because he told us that he purchased it in advance for a party that his friend was going to throw. i don't know how long he has been planning to do this and it terrifies me, honestly
