Yes. Everything was fine until I got it

Contact customer service of google and windows.

Doesn't happen to me maybe you should clear all the history (cookies, logins ect.)

If that doesn't work you can get a youtube client from the store, my favorite is Mytube, its one of the best damn youtube experiences ever.

correlation does not imply causation

correlation does not imply causation
well let's see
before he got windows 10 he had no problem
now that he has windows 10 he suddenly has a problem
the only thing that changed here for him is the operating system he uses

thus the operating system is most likely the cause of the problem, in one way or another

but if he formatted, then there's a stuffton of other stuff that may have changed too, especially with browser settings, maybe he's using a diff youtube account and the settings are forgeted up, or maybe the browser he's using is loving stuff up for him.

I've used the same account as I always have. I only have one account. I've tried to fix the settings but they're locked. I can't change it. It's also bit the browser since the same stuff happens on both chrome and internet explorer

Try to go on another computer and see if it works like normal.

So, you lost the videos on your HDD? That would be a Windows 10 problem if anything. Youtube doesn't do anything except upload from PC's.

Restricted Mode is an opt-in setting available on the computer and mobile site that helps screen out potentially objectionable content that you may prefer not to see or don't want others in your family to stumble across while enjoying YouTube. You can think of this as a parental control setting for YouTube.

Computers found in libraries, universities and other public institutions may have Restricted Mode enabled by the system administrator. If you are using a public computer and can not disable Restricted Mode, contact your system administrator.

...

Turn Restricted Mode off:

Scroll to the bottom of any YouTube page and click “Restricted Mode: On”.
    Next, click the “off” option.
If you’ve locked Restricted Mode, you’ll be prompted to login and enter your username and password to confirm that you’d like to turn off Restricted Mode.
Once you’ve successfully logged in, scroll to the bottom of the page to turn Restricted Mode off.

It's also entirely possible you've been set to a child account or had restriction locks applied on your Windows user account. Check Settings>Accounts.

I'll see to fixing that in the morning. It still doesn't explain why my videos disappeared from my channel

Your account could of been hijacked without you knowing maybe it would be a good idea to change your password.
