If you're serious about this, I would recommend getting a YMCA membership or some sort of gym membership. Go with a friend so it's more fun. Start small, but gradually keep adding more weight. Start with 12 reps with a certain weight and move up to 15 over time. Once you can comfortably do 15, move up 5 pounds. Weightlifting helps you build endurance and get stronger.

Of course, if all that's too much for you, just look up some home workouts on the internet.

i can't run the track around a football field without stopping constantly because of pains under my ribs, most painful when i breathe. it hurts to run when it happens.

although im not an expert this can just be related to not being used to running/exercise.

couch to 5k/10k is a great program because it keeps you at a comfortable pace while still getting work done

just start running everyday you need cardio and push yourself don't give up on yourself, also from now on start eating better

go get a job outside like landscaping or groundskeeping something active even sign twirling
